  • Design and build of reinforced concrete basement structure to support SIPs classroom

  • External brick/render finishes applied

  • Installation of firrings and decking to the flat roof

  • Fit of aluminium windows and doorsets

  • M&E installation serviced with new incoming water, gas, drainage and electrical supplies

  • Formation of entrance stairway to front elevation for pupil access

  • Full site material clearance
